Design

The ability to cooperate and consult the Customer’s Design Department with the Implementation / Technology Department in order to select the appropriate treatment technology and to assess the feasibility of the element. In addition, it is possible to commission a design of a given element that meets individual customer requirements.

Laser cutting

A process in which the energy of a laser beam – continuous or pulsed – is used to cut the material into the desired shape.

Advantages: Very high cutting speed (especially thin sheets), high precision and repeatability, the possibility of obtaining complex shapes, waste minimizing.

CNC punching

Cold forming involving processes of cutting, piercing, trimming and trimming of sheets, flat bars and copper profiles to obtain the required shape.

Advantages: Low costs, high quality, high speed.

Waterjet cutting

A material cutting technique involving the use of a jet of water under very high pressure to cut flat sheets of materials.

Advantages: possibility of cutting very thick materials, ability to cut very hard materials, possibility of obtaining complex shapes, waste minimalization.

CNC bending

Machining process involving permanent change of curvature of the workpiece without loss of material.

Advantages: high repeatability, no material loss, speed (for large series)

CNC milling

Type of machining involving subtraction of material in order to give the workpiece the desired shape, dimensions and specific properties of the surface layer.

Advantages: very high quality, high repeatability, possibility of obtaining complex shapes.

CNC turning

Type of machining involving subtraction of material in order to give the workpiece the desired shape, dimensions and specific properties of the surface layer.

CNC router cuting

The method of cutting plastic films using profiling knives and milling tools.

Advantages: a wide spectrum of possibilities of processed materials, high quality of machining, possibility of obtaining complex shapes.

Forming

A cold or hot forming process, during which the detail takes the shape of a previously formed tool.

Advantages: high processing speed, non-waste method, high repeatability.

Applying heat-shrink sleeves

Process of applying heat-shrinkable insulation on elements.

Galvanic coatings (tin, silver, nickel, gold) and painting

Applying galvanic coatings meeting the required quality standards as well as making epoxy paint insulation.

Assembly of components

Completing the sets of elements and their assembly according to individual customer requirements.

Friction Stir Welding

An innovative method of joining materials without generation of toxic fumes or applying external heat.

Advantages: ease of obtaining joints with highly repeatable mechanical and structural properties, possibility of making very long welds free from cracks, obtained strength properties of joints can be higher than with the use of traditional welding technology.
